Brightside HQ

.scene · 329 lines · laying out · 40 models · 31 groups · 7 views · seed 11

Brightside HQ starts from the interior template at dusk, names 40 things to use (26 from the library, 14 built-in), lays them out in 127 lines, gives 13 groups something to do in 13 life lines and frames 7 views.

Brightside, a little solar startup, at golden hour: a stepped three-storey HQ cut open like a dollhouse. The ground floor wraps a glass atrium with a blossom tree growing out of a planter and a spiral slide down from the first-floor bridge; reception and the open plan sit either side, and a nap room and the mail room hide at the back. Upstairs the break room is throwing a surprise birthday party next to the ping-pong table, the fishbowl meeting is in full swing, and the design studio has a queue at the copier. On top: the boss watching the floor from his window, the Sun Room where Sunny the sun lamp glows over bean bags, and the server room humming blue. The office fox chases the robot vacuum round the desks, a courier runs parcels from the snail van, two people wait for the bus.
